Better Together Planning's goal is to meet the bride where she is in her planning journey and support her in getting from there to the wedding day. If you're someone who has a vision of what you want your day to look like but would like some help in curating the vendors to bring your vision to life, the Rose Gold Package is perfect for you! Let's take a look at the process through the lens of Sarah's dreamy February floral wedding at the Ranch at San Patricio.

We start the process with the design questionnaire, to get the creative juices flowing. We'll ask questions about colors, flower preferences, design must-haves, lesser priorities, all the things! From here, we schedule a design meeting where we'll discuss the questionnaire in detail. This meeting is the perfect time for the bride to vision cast her dream wedding, so

that we can get to work on curating the vision board that captures her vision.

We fine tune the vision board to make sure it is exactly what the bride has in mind, then take it to our trusted vendors to begin creating! We reach out to rental companies, florists, cake decorators, and others based on the needs of the wedding. We will also start finding inspiration for save the dates and/or invitations that fit the design.

Bonus: We also take care of stuffing, stamping, and mailing out the save the dates & invitations for you!

Once we receive initial quotes, we help with mediating the conversation between bride and vendors to ensure that the design is accomplished within the budget. As we solidify our vendors for the big design priorities, we move on to the more intricate details. Whether it's a memory table to honor your loved ones, or custom favors for guests to take as memories, we're here to help with all the ideas and options! Finally, we wrap up the last few months rolling into our coordination phase, by confirming vendors, scheduling details meetings, and making sure all the plans for the day come together.
